My name is James, and I am a Fantasy Footballaholic. I can't seem to get enough fantasy football, even during the entire offseason. Joining a dynasty league has certainly helped satisfy my cravings during spring and summer. I created this blog in the general hopes of creating sort of a fantasy football portfolio. I hope this will help pave the way for at least a part-time FF career publishing articles, consultation, rankings, etc. For that goal to come to fruition, I am attempting to create an ever increasing following of FF addicts, who enjoy my work and respect my advice. This blog is therefore not just a fun hobby, but also an application of sorts.

Notes

~I am justifiably assuming Brett Favre will return.

~Carson Palmer's stock is rising once again with the addition of Antonio Bryant.

~I have all three Eagles QBs ranked because a trade seems imminent, involving Donovan McNabb. They are currently ranked as if they are all still Eagles at the start of the season.

~Chad Henne's value will increase if the Dolphins draft a top WR, either Dez Bryant in the first round or Golden Tate, Demaryius Thomas, etc in the second round.

~I think Jason Campbell played well enough last season to retain his starting gig in Washington, but Mike Shannahan will certainly bring in competition, more than likely in the form of a rookie QB drafted in the second round or later. Forget about Rex Grossman...you mean, you already did?

~As a Lions fan, I have very little faith in Matthew Stafford right now. Vast improvements to the Lions' offensive line will change my mind a bit.

~Anyone after Matthew Stafford at 27 isn't worth much right now.

~Josh Freeman's value can improve if the Buccaneers invest heavily in WRs by drafting them (starting in round two of the draft) and/or signing free agents (maybe Terrell Owens or Kevin Curtis). Michael Clayton and Sammie Stroughter are currently their best options right now and that is scary.

~I have no idea who the starting QBs for the Rams (maybe Sam Bradford), Bills, or Raiders end up being, but I don't want any part of any of them for 2010.

~The presence of Derek Anderson, Brady Quinn, and Charlie Whitehurst negatively effect the values of Matt Leinart, Kyle Orton, and Matt Hasselbeck respectively. The latter three will more than likely be the starters, and they will have their values boosted a bit at the start of the season if they are.
